...MORE ABOUT SLAVERY. i joined RN Classes through its teacher trainee program. 1. SALARY AND BONUS: Out of 20k, we were paid 16k per month amd they kept our 4k per month and they promised to pay at the end of the session. It has been more than an year and they haven't paid that amount, despite that fact that i have already left the institute. Now, I keep calling and messaging them about my pending payment but they don't reply. Other teachers are also facing the same problem. This is because Rajinder Arora is building his bunglow out of teachers hard earned money. Also, there were times when they didn't pay our salaries on time and we had to call them to pay our salaries. 2. WORK LIFE BALANCE is completely absent. They will make you work on Saturdays and Sundays too. They will provide you 12 leaves per year and they expect you to avail only 6 of them. 3. JOB SECURITY is also not there. They have removed many teachersin the past without any reason. Also, they don't remove people silently. They humiliate him in front of his peers before removing him. 4. You might also be mentally harassed many times by the management which is the worst. Their teacher trainee program is a way for them to recruit "CHEAP LABOUR" so they they can replace senior teachers who have higher salary (just to save money). This is just 10% of the actual reality of this bogus institute. Final advise: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PILE OF GARBAGE

... experiences of my life. It have mentally harassed by the head of the institute. I am thinking of filing a complaint against them as they are not paying my salary of the last 1 year. They are extremely rude people who have no manners at all. Work culture was horrible. The teachers there are low qualification and have very less teaching experience as they don't pay a lot of salary to their teachers. No family life after joining RN classes and you become senior, they will try to put you down in every way possible so that you leave the institute at the end of the session and they will hire new teacher trainees at 16k per month which is just another form of "cheap labour". Shame on them. These kind of people are the reason why education system is degrading in India.

Management is very Supportive, they help us wherever we required. I feel blessed working here. Just loved the way RN Sir & Ujjval Sir Supports. i wish they can grow & grow more. I have enrolled my daughter here in RN Sir's Class & i liked the way he teached my daughter. Thank you so much RN Sir & Ujjval Sir.

I don't have words to explain about RN Classes. One of the best institute in Chandigarh. Mathematics is the whole and soul of RN Classes. I found my future better here. Thanks RN Sir & Team
