1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. We have 2 shifts Morning and Evening, Every shifts having on 45mins Break time only this main disadvantage to employees and no more hikes, No More leaves approved when You have urgent works. Work Pressure also more from Management Team.

Evining shift teams are very friendly and supportive compared to morning shift, I suggest to choose evining shift for healthy lifestyle and work.

Middle level employees like Team leads, APM's are not supportive and always test employees patients level with more targets and don't allow employees to take leaves even employee have more than 10 leave balance.

Confused, incapable, fickle minded management. The few management each talks a different language and they themselves are not in sync. Also, the company is bankrupt. They have a policy of not investing the sales and profit back into the business. Instead they loot that amongst the management stakeholders

Toxic work culture led by old employees who think others are their peasants. A ridiculous old sr lady thinks she brings a washroom from home and no one can use it. Old girl employee dresses terribly and advices others on their clothes. Male staff can’t stop ogling females. They hire people in bulk, get the work done and fire them. Don’t join if you want peace of mind.

1. There is no planning to get good quality. They are believe in only production and least bother on Quality especially in Dehradun office and project is related to AI. They hire 2k to 3 k in 2 to 3 months and contractual bases to reach only production not in Quality. This make Customer take back there work.

I like the salary in rmsi but they don't behave like professionals

Toxic work culture, even leads like gangadhar and other trainers who does have proficiency and all the trainers don't have subject knowledge of apple maps and they behave like freshly passed out students
