The company has sone really good employees who proved to be very supportive colleague.

Dislikes

Majorly issue is of not disbursing the salaries on time and then overburdening the employees. The attrition rate is high as good employees do not work for long time spans. There is no way for employees’ recreation to refill enthusiasm in them. Increments are not good and management does not retain the good employees at all

There is no work life balance due to shortage of employees. The existing employees are overburdened with the extra works all the time.

The work here is challenging but rewarding. We deal with large-scale projects that require technical expertise. It's a nice place to work if you enjoy problem-solving and working with complex systems. The environment is also positive and the salary is good
