this type of work we do here is very hands-on. You get involved in every stage of the product from design to execution which is good for learning. Its a place where you get practical work experience.

There's a clear path for growth here through internal promotions and appraisals . Can grow quickly if you are talented .Besides work we have social events team outings and fun office activities going around all year

I appreciate the Autonomy and freedom to experiment with new ideas in our projects. I even get to make key decisions for my team and If I need extra manpower the company is always open to hiring more.
