Yes I always get a moral support from my school management although they are not able to financially support me.

Dislikes

in fact, I do not dislike the institution for I always have the attitude of servicing others. Since the students are from poor family backgrounds , the management is not that prosper . So I do not expect much of anything from them . I am happy with my students. In reality, I am content with what I am and what I have ,but I want to grow and grow always.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
