Since RM is a product based company, beginners will get ambient time to learn skills. Most of the colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal and salary is far low for each positions compared to the market rate. There is also severe disparity when it comes to packages for existing employees. Work life balance is not at all good, most of the times u have to over work to claim enough points in a week. Even if u work perfectly for 2 or more years, u could easily end up in PIP, If u did'nt claim enough points in a month, which is pressurising....Read More
