company culture is quite good compare to any other in City - probably the only thing I like about the company.

Dislikes

The first and foremost thing I noticed from training to the permanent employment that management is not satisfactory. They're not serious about fresher's training. Non-technical : People don't know how to do teamwork. They only blame on each other. Managers and project coordinator is illiterate in the particular domain they are working. In any meeting, managers and seniors only impose their views on employees. They only show off to share our views also. But nothing really matters to them. They only include employees in meeting, don't involve, which is really irritating. To recapitulate, conclusion of meeting is always fixed, you just have to say 'Ok' / 'Yes' in the last. As per my point of view, it is not meeting actually, it's argument like court where each lawyer is interested in only proving their point! Salaries / appraisals are the more than worst as per current industry standard. And it feels like literally exploitation. There is politics in many things which I won't like to describe. But ultimately you shouldn't expect anything without politics from salary/appraisal to general meetings. They only point out deficiency in perfomance. There is no appreciation for your best perfomance /efforts/ dedication. Technical : In whole development cycle, from requirement gathering to date of live, nobody knows the requirement exactly! Here by 'nobody' I mean developers, testers, project coordinators and managers. Technology used here is of 19th centuary. You can't expect technical growth here anyways. Conclusion : If you're a fellow who is serious about career growth and expansion, want to be valued for your skills/ efforts/ dedication, then don't go for it. Find a better opportunity suitable for you. If you're a fellow who wants to be in comfort zone, and ready to work with low salary than your work, if you can be happy with no growth and way below salary just because you're comfortable here, then go for it. My work is to provide optimized solution for the requirement of client. Understand the client needs, analyze task and impact on other modules. Make the programming design for the same and come up with best possible solution.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
