Good exposure, complete training is provided to employees, growth opportunity is good, safety of employees is given preference

Work life balance and leave policy. There is no option of planned leave during the year. You can only take sick leave that too provided with proper medical document. You will be provided with 18 days leave once a year and no other option of taking leave during the year if you have any personal plans

Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to work with RKH QITARAT for long time. But it was a good experience. Specially the head office B14, HR department, accommodation, transportation and aal the facilities provided by the company is excellent.
