If talking about company personal experience. Never trust company CEO and Higher staff. As per starting time I am personally called by MD at site office & give verbally promise to increament of 15000 rs to salary if I archived my goal but after archived goal nobody care who are you another hand they only increase 15 more work plan not salary and when I ask about increment they said I don't remember you have to written down and take sign for proof..
