Lot of politics, can no aspect proper salary, never aspects salary hike, third class management, University being like Money Making Machine, if in machine has some fault or not getting sufficient efficiency they directly replace the machine.

Lot of struggle when you start, in orientation they inform you for lot of sold skill training assistance but there is too short limits.

Work culture and learning opportunities are very good.

Dislikes

The work environment is very good. As such, management and fellow colleagues are very supportive and friendly but work to salary ratio is not justifiable. There must be more salary offered to deserving candidates. There is huge salary discrimination. The increment is also totally influenced and not based on performance which demoralise the performing and hard working staff.

My journey at RK University till today is very interesting. I learned a lot like student management to people management and event management. The Bosses gave freedom to do work in the way I wished.

Campus is very beautiful , WORK TIME AND NO LEAVES ARE good and sufficient.

Unversity management is good but the problem is with the Incharge of the Enginnering school.The present Director doesn't have skill and eligible for research or school development work. politics is in extreme level .For outsiders those who are non Gujarati it would be very tough to sustain .Managemet should give more focus on quality faculty and Reserch work .
