They work on personal likes and dislikes. Working environment is not good. Management and HR don't even listen to you. No professional and personal growth.

It was quite tedious. My boss used to treat us like as if we are her puppets. All the time she keeps her eye on us. No personal growth. No one was supportive even management and HR was horrible.

Campus is very beautiful , WORK TIME AND NO LEAVES ARE good and sufficient.

Unversity management is good but the problem is with the Incharge of the Enginnering school.The present Director doesn't have skill and eligible for research or school development work. politics is in extreme level .For outsiders those who are non Gujarati it would be very tough to sustain .Managemet should give more focus on quality faculty and Reserch work .

Company is good to work, you will get new things learn by working here as well as your perception on working may get change positively, but there is not much consideration of staff as they want work but don't provide sufficient or satisfactory salary to the staff.
