Nothing is found for appreciation here, hire and fire culture, you never know when you find yourself in ditched mode.

24*7 Work culture despite that no one know when you get screwed, just hire and fire policies, attrition even less than 6 months here, so much politics, CEO so called DG does not bothers what people's think about work life in his permises, every month they do have walking drive while same count will leave subsequently. It is a kind harassment once get in there.
