b Description Create PR in system of Purchase Requisition (PR) Regular follow up of project requirement until mobilization. Follow up of material requirement with Regional Buyer / HQ related material. Receiving of material as per PO. Arranging for inspection of material by QC & end user. Rejected material intimate to vendor for return or replacement, modification and corrective action as required. Preparation of GRN (Goods Inward Note) And Issue Note and Transfer note etc in SAP. Proper arrangement for stacking of Material & Categorised. Issue of material to authorised representative as terms & conditions Free / Chargeable / Returnable. Weighbridge Management – Receipt & Dispatch data updating, checking, correction (inform to concerned deptt) on daily base. Monthly Bulk material record maintaining & Bill preparation of vendor against receipt. HSD & Lubricant consumption and reconciliation monthly and daily stock updation. Perishable material stacking & issue on FIFO basis and maintain record for track the expiry date. Hazard material handling as per MSDS.
