Don't work in RPO Of this organisation Zero job security, they copy all your linkedin data and put you in another team for a week then they put you into PIP and in PIP they will set a target which even they can't achive like "they will assign rare position Sr. architect and Sr. manager level onsite and after for 7 submission that too if you are trying to submit 50% target which is 3 submition . They are not going to accept the third one because in this organisation PIP mean termination.. thats how it works thats what I have seen in 9 months from other employees as well .....Read More

HR lies, they don't have any experience to deal with employees. They don't provide required certification. Manager and HR are friends and together they misbehave with employees and block their salaries, they will ruin the next carrier
