Working at this company has been a challenging experience. Micro-management is prevalent, and there's an extreme level of office politics that makes the work environment toxic. The team lead lacks basic communication skills and is often rude, making collaboration difficult. The company enforces rigid timings with little flexibility,and the HR department is unresponsive to employee concerns. To make matters worse, they hold back salaries if you decide to leave, and the 3-month notice period adds to the frustration. The annual increment is also disappointingly low, failing to reflect the hard work and dedication employees put in.
