Great skill development and opportunities if you are working in R&D Department. Sales and Marketing department also give good opportunity to learn and enhance skills in very less time.

No salary hikes. No flexible work. Work Life balance gets disturbed if you are thinking of short term stay (2-3 yrs) in the company. 5.5 days a week work. Management is not great at retaining and maintaining talent.

Politics is hell here .And especially Senior Member ruin the culture of the workplace ( talking about my dept ) by dictatorship type attitude .The management should encourage New employee and show some less favourism towards old employee

Job security is well enough but you won't be happy.

Bossy Culture. HR is not at all strong.. they don't work for people of the company. Always squeeze things and never support on what you want. Salaries are very low unless you are from very reputed institution and a strong work profile. No new culture adoption. Also the products are dying due to no experienced people now in the management. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules.
