I'm a 3rd year Bcom student at Mount carmel college Bangalore, interning at Riseupp as a Research Analyst. My experience here has been amazing! learning from Hari Rastogi, our founder and CEO with 15 years of experience from IIM, and Pusparaj, our CTO with 16 years of experience from IIT, has been incredibly inspiring. During my internship phase, I learned a lot about the company culture and regulations. I am very glad and satisfied with the workings of the company. I have worked at RiseUpp for six months as an intern. The culture and way of work were so positive and encouraging. The overall environment incentivises one to engage more in daily activities. Hari Sir, the CEO, and all the other colleagues made the experience full of learning where I was able to upskill myself.

I appreciate Riseupp's workplace culture, it's warm and welcoming making you feel at ease in the environment. The mentors, who bring years of experience, enormously enriched my internship, making it an extraordinary experience.

As a WFH design intern, communicating with the team, wasn't a smooth sailing process but we managed.
