Dislikes

Worst place to work, No work life balance. Management treats their employee as slave. Working culture is not good. No Saturday off. If you don't have any opportunity then only join this company.

All employees has to work like Slave. No proper office timings. No work life balance Not even have a holiday calendar here. No casual or personal leave format. Company expects from you to work 10 - 12 hours a day and still be ready to get humiliated by Ashutosh everyday twice on morning group call and at EOD calls. He even used slang/abusive words also in call. All the positive feedback with 5-star ratings are fake by the management. They actually forced employees to give 5- star. Here HR main job is to ask employee to give 5 star to company. They hired new MBA graduates and fired after fees days without giving salary, actually they playing with new joiner career. I like the work environment of the company. Every person in the company supports your back in every condition. All the team members treats you as a family and give you the best hand holding in your prior days. The company is open to innovation and keep doing the changes for the betterment of client and reduce the work load of its employees as well.
