Company gives no job security for the new hire employees they give only those important who are working from 10 yrs, working at risansi rules are strict they deposit your mobile when you entered in the company and only give you when office will off. Company policies they did deduct EPF aprox 20 % employees although they are workingfrom 1 to 2 yrs. There is no decided bonus it will decide according to the profit of the co. Mansi Agarwal is so attitude girl who is the head of the company and daughter of the director Vipur Agarwal. Salary package is very low and quality of work also very poor. And when you give interview Hr Gaurav Arora promise to increase your salary within six month and pay you lower amount so don't trust on his words work only your wish amount....Read More
