- No work from home - You have to provide support for prod releases even after office hours, almost every day - Every week they launch a new product and expect delivery as quickly as possible - Appraisals are not good. - Toxic environment - Lot of politics. - Managment seems to be lost while taking the decisions. Most of the decisions are not in favor of employees. - No work life balance
