The official like supervisors are not educated they are overconfident and the best part is they don't know about the basic things like material grade it's just an example, the know nothing. And the company hold them as a blind person holds his stick. It's is the thing i like about the company very much. Thank you

There is no work ethics in this company, the supervisors behaviour os like owner of the company, they are the god father of the company, some disgusting people making the companies work place hell. Company should take actions. Specialy on bearing devision and ring devision. Old uneducated people are working there. Company should take new generation engineers. That's it, work experience with this company is very disappointed. They just take the advantage of people who are facing disadvantages in there life.
