I worked from 2018 to 2022. They organization, people working and culture was really good. The company Rinder was acquired by Minda in the year 2017 and slowly the transition started. So everything was good till the year 2021 and later the "Minda" culture was predominant. By the time I left in 2022 it was not so good a place to work. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
