I worked from 2018 to 2022. They organization, people working and culture was really good. The company Rinder was acquired by Minda in the year 2017 and slowly the transition started. So everything was good till the year 2021 and later the "Minda" culture was predominant. By the time I left in 2022 it was not so good a place to work. In short, it was awesome when it was "Rinder" and it became bad when became "Minda-Rinder Division"...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
