I worked from 2018 to 2022. They organization, people working and culture was really good. The company Rinder was acquired by Minda in the year 2017 and slowly the transition started. So everything was good till the year 2021 and later the "Minda" culture was predominant. By the time I left in 2022 it was not so good a place to work. After it was fully Minda, the work culture deteriorated. The work culture became bad.

It was really amazing. I learnt a lot and also good a lot of help and support from all my colleagues.
