They take you out and spend some money on their employees so that they can save tax where they can show 10times the amount they spend.

Dislikes

Horrible place to work . Specially for married females. They will force you to resign if you get pregnant while you are working with them.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
