There is no job security, and you can't develop your skills either. If you're a fresher, don't join there. After you're selected in an interview, they only take you as an intern. After the three-month internship, only then do they consider you as a company employee. Otherwise, they simply allocate a trainer for you, who only comes after the job is completed. They will not teach you anything. If you attend the interview for Python but they give you PHP or React, that's okay, as these are things you need to learn. However, they don't give any time to learn this. They give you a task, and after you complete it, they might say they're not satisfied with your work, claiming you know nothing. They use phrases like, 'If you have any doubts,' but when asked, they simply smile and say they don't know the answer. You are left to learn on your own. After the internship, they might say your performance is very slow and that you're not fit for this technology. Then, you have one complaint: they don't provide proper training and treat you as if you came from another planet. If you have any doubts, they don't clear them. Especially Trainer Ajeeth; he always talks very negatively, saying your work is not good. Even if you fix mistakes, he'll demand new changes to the project.
