I worked here to start my career but it was my worst experience. Teachers gets humiliated by principal. They don’t pay you on time and at the end you always have to plead infront of them to pay your dues.Management of this school is non-cooperative, non supportive and the worst team i have ever seen. There is no organised system. Tasks are never properly communicated to teachers and at the end you have to face hustle, stress, long stay backs.If you try raising your voice for salary you will be suppressed by them in the way of humiliation and would be replaced by the other teacher. There is no job security.If you want to work for free then this is the best platform for you because this is what principal says whenever someone asks for his/her dues “Don’t focus on salary, you are teachers, should focus on imparting knowledge. Nothing as of today. School Management does not care about their staff. They don't pay salary to their teachers. You won't find tenured staff in this school barring few. Many teachers have sent a court notices to school to pay their pending salary. Teachers who has resigned, their cheques are getting bounced.
