Nothing so special..just doing the data entry work.Overall skill be get blunt and no one with any proper knowledge or training in the organization..

Dislikes

The management.. Employees are very good and college like culture but management will never appraise you and also the training part is so weak, and due to lack of training if you do comit some mistake that will result in you cut in salary and also you can suffer from not getting any appraisal.

All employees are frustrated there and want to leave.You will feel the first 3-4 months good but after that the work load on you and lack of training will result you to be in big trouble

Just visited for interview but behaviour is bed

Dislikes

Atitude problem in staff specifically in HR. Behaviour is not good i will suggest not to go there find other company then Richi circuit. I will never go there.

Management is hell, No place for financial and professional growth. You will get your ist year earn leaves in 2nd Year... they have made all the policies one sided. Not at all employee friendly company. Special who have experienced corporate culture of big MNC's.

Frankly speaking free meals was the only good thing happened at Circuitronix. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.. If ever you want to go in depression or below self steem or demotivated or want to feel Dumb then go ahead and join it..
