Company culture for employee in ribosome research centre is quite good. Employee can enhance their personal growth via improve the work skills. Experimental activity in analytical includeds method development and validation, Analysis of quality control samples. The increment is regularly done on yearly basis.

Scheduling and Implementation of frequent training program (twice in a week) on technical and regulatory aspects by TFM, QAU and Senior scientists escalates the confidence and knowledge of the personnel. 6. Good Working Culture within the department. Test Facility Management is very supportive for the QA department and always educate us to improve the quality standards. I personally learn so many quality aspects after joining the organization. Current HR designee is very co-operative and supportive. HR and TFM are in planning to provide travel facility to employees.
