Very good colleagues, Udupi location is very nice with nice places to see. Office is located in good location. Cost of living is low, compared to big cities

Dislikes

Work can become repetitive, not much learning from manager, only one game at the moment, no WFH option

Older policies, internal processes that are being worked on to be upgraded, New joiners come with a service agreement, Udupi is still seen as a temple town and not as a the hifi tech capital Bengaluru. Being dependent on global markets means 2023 may be a slow year for the company. - No work appreciation from manager/lead. - Your inputs are worthless yet they expect some inputs from you. - You will be a slave to dumb seniors. - Forget promotion until you complete 3 years. - 10% variable pay included which you definitely won't get no matter how smart/hard you work. Max. 75% you can get if and only if you have no grudges against your manager. - 2 or 3 years bond is mandatory, failing to complete leads to pay huge amount as fine.
