The CEO is highly unprofessional and creates an extremely toxic work environment. He treats employees as though they are disposable and demands unrealistic levels of productivity. Employees are often threatened during meetings, and job security is nonexistent. If you have another offer, they will enforce a 90-day notice period; if not, they may let you go on the spot. The HR department is ineffective and simply follows the CEO’s commands without question. In the software team, Pavan is the only one who stands out as reasonable and competent; the company owes its survival to him. Don't expect any salary increases after joining. You might start with a decent salary, but the work culture quickly becomes unbearable. If you have experience, avoid this place to save yourself from the mental strain. You can’t develop your in this company and only you will get salary in your account but never change to develop your skills and always do work and work and after doing lot of works CEO will tell you are doing nothing I’m not seen any improvement in products and I will not give anyone increments .

Growth is the company is slow, need to follow few processes when it comes to working. No cultural/ annual celebrations.
