My(Rezo.ai) company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Nothing, Only salary what employee get on time

Lots of thing to share but we know they will ask glass-door to remove negative salary. HR doing good job there; Special mention- No TA 1. Pathetic work culture 2. No carrier growth 3. Their competitions already have a great product compare to rezo. No Scope of the product. 4. Team bonding or employee engagement is just booz. No activity no social gathering within a team 5. Managements and leaders are completely worst. No idea how to lead from front and run the business There are lots. Last one- a LALA company/ Boogers, who play with employee’s career.
