This company itself is a drawback to candidates future. 1) You will not get any DOCUMENTS like offer,Joining,Increment,Experience or Termination letters and most imp forgot about the pay sleep you will never get it. 2) You will be put in the HELL for your rest of the life for joining this company.Too much work pressure is there. 3) EXPERIENCED AND FRESHERS ALSO keep a safe distance from this fraud company, Freshers will not get any thing to learn new but will get abusing words on daily basis from MD and Director. 4) NO work life balance at all No 5 days work culture you will have to work on Sundays also.No Paid Leaves. 5) Your payment will be deducted every time they gave any party.Your 4k-8k will be deducted every time if they arrange any farewell or any samosha or small wadapav party. 6) You will be fined 1000rs per MINUTE if you need some more time to understand the code or need some extra time to complete any activity.(But they will not fine them self for not providing documents for years) 7) Owner will treat you like a labor and will abuse you on daily basis AND will force you to work till 11-12.00 pm in the night any will command you to come early in the office at 7.00Am. In time is there but NO OUT TIME. 8) Instead of learning and discussing new ideas new tech with MD and Directors,You will have to discuss and beg for your documents like salary slip,joining letter,experience letter. 9) This is the First company in the world who gives OFFER LETTER after 1-2 months of Joining and lots of requests by the employees.And when you finally get it then they purposely do some mistakes in these letters and take it back for corrections and cycles continues again n again. Senior team mate was good...support us in learning, but u have to do self learning.

Dislikes

No training for freshers. Manager do not value an individual's unique strength. Work pressure is very high only one or two person work on big project. Work-life balance is worst during working. You have to work 12-14 hours.

You learn a lot. And company environment is good. Those can definitely try who really want to achieve growth in knowledge. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

As they say Learning is Earning, Rexaware provides Learning by putting you on a live project as soon as you join, without any delay.

Dislikes

No proper management, company has potential but it is not up to the mark, if you are someone who doesn't care about anything else and just learning then only join. I won't recommend experienced personal.

I liked work culture and learning at Rexaware. We had good team and management bonding. The project are mostly e-governance so there is huge learning and also responsibility. They have some really nice projects and that gives a good learning experience.

Dislikes

I wish Rexaware should have all Saturdays off facility. Right now they give off for 2 Saturdays (odd/even). Also, should provide in-city transport facilities.

Work Details

I was part of a project in Uttar Pradesh. Our development was completely from Pune. I had to interact with UP support team and sometimes get direct inputs from PM. I was involved in coding, testing and deployment of project. It was a 2 year project.
