My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The production planning and the process of working on different designing steel tubes based on the clients requirement. Challenging part woukd maintaining the production output with less wastage of the raw material in each and every day with good quality control and production ouput with no delay.

Working 12 hrs is tough , no good pay scale as its a production manufactiring ,so cant expect any increments or ctc. Rest is good.
