I was closely working with the core team of the company. I joined this company in 2019 as HR executive soon I was promoted to business development and handled the product of the company. I was reporting to the c suites of the company and I must say that they exactly knows what a candidate deserves and need to fulfil the goals set. The company provides ample opportunities and resources for someone to grow in their career. A good work life balance is maintained . Of course, no one will be happy if you not hard working and dedicated. They give you constant feedback and suggestions for someone to exhale. Dislikes

The only thing I would mention here is that the owners of the business are great and serious about their employees and the work they do. If you are not self motivated by the work they do then I personally feel this company won’t be the right fit for you.

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management people are useless I have been there 4 year's. Small cafeteria and no chit chat with friends.
