The foreign team members were very helpful. Within few months I made connections with so many of them, easily approachable. They would also help us if we are stuck and guide how to grow within organisations.

In Jan 2024, I guess Indian management was introduced within company, which led to treating of customer support domain employees poorly. Leaves not getting approved, multiple hirings and firings, not so easy KPIs to accomplish and reduction of NSA from 200% to 50%.
