Nothing is good. if anyone have received any offer letter, please review employee stability top to bottom average 2-3 month. due to company policy. this company is not employed company. please do not spoil yr life to join this company. Please asked HR policy at time time of offer letter, then you can get actually.

HR policy. Work environment Job security Details. 1. Notice period For employees 3 month or employer 1 month 2. Only 12 leave in years and you can't take easily, and have to apply before taken, can't apply post leave, if applied pre and your HOD not approved within 7 days it's rejected automatically and then not apply again. means marked LOP 3. There is Medicine leave: in case of medical emergency and you have CL but not applied due to medical emergency, you can't apply Post leave, anyhow have to apply on sMe or before. that means you have to call to medical emergency, will come on ?? days 4. Transfer policy. they can transfer anywhere without any reimbursement paying. like you are now working in Manesar, suddenly company will mailed , you have to transfer Delhi, no giving anything. 5. Travel policy. very cheap, have to experience from yr pocket then Account department will deduct some amount without any intimation. 6. Advance salary or expenses:-cannot 7.
