Poor management. No stability of anything, Everyday rules are changing according to feasibility of the management Change job timing as per their own mood, just like tuition classes and They will treat you like studen.Not following any safety precautions for covid-19.they don't have a manners to treat their employee. not take leave if we have a leave balance and take a leave (sick leave) so thay ask about every documents if we have normal fever and if we not given prof they ask to apply leave without pay. Company is good to maintain work life balance, Shift times are good management is supportive.

work environment is like school, fix break time for all member, early leaving or for half day need to take gate pass, no canteen facility as of now, salary is coming on 6th to 10th no fix date, polices of company are not firm anytime they are changing. no salary in notice period that is 3 months and after notice period it will be credited in your account for 3 months.

The company's working hours are convenient. I like 8 hours shift timing and also they provide work from home after completing shift hours. I also like employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. People are not well mannered. Lack of disciplines. Work culture is not professional. It feels like was work in school. No salary growth.
