Poor management. No stability of anything. Everyday rules are changing according to feasibility of the management. Change job timing as per their own mood, just like tuition classes. Office is in commercial building - Not following any safety precautions. Lift only for visitors. Ladders are dangerous-broken tiles - side wall made ofGlass - it can collapse anytime bcoz screws are damaged & loosen over times. THERE IS NOTHING TO BE LIKED ABOUT RKH. IT IS THE PLACE OF HYPOCRISY, INSECURITY, IMPROPER AND BIASED PRACTICE BY MANAGEMENT, SALARY DISCRIMINATION ETC. I would never recommend anyone to be the part of RKH ever as a person or two run the business and they do not care for the employee. There is no work life balance maintained. Employees are forced to come on Sundays and Holidays. There is no job security. It is like they talk about mountains but does nothing, no implementation. There is no security for female employees, no proper pay, unexpectedly salary being deducted. It was hell experience for me for the six months that i was at the management position. Donot dare to be the part of RKH. This is my frank opinion. Engineers are suffering g and suffocating but because of the dearth of jobs available to freshers, they have to work otherwise people are not at all happy at RKH.
