Quality of Revlon products ( imported only ) is absolutely love! The one's getting manufactured locally in India is extremely pathetic as the process involves a lot of cheating...

Working culture in Modi Revlon is extremely pathetic and disturbing, specially HR here is the most incompetent department comprises of 2-3 extremely useless people only. HR only checks the entry & exit time of employees and based how much salary to be deducted is only KRA of them. The only reason behind Modi Revlon's failure and other cosmetic brands success is Modi Revlon is a pure "LALA" company & is not willing to change / adapt new strategies coming up with new competition in market rather they have extremely old people sitting at senior level who are sitting idol within their cabins & enjoying salaries & facilities only, not even bothered even at this age to take challenging steps for brand.
