Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. There is a complete dictatorship by one person in the company. The senior management is completely ignorant to employees' problems. The HR does not work independently but acts as a robot. There is a complete boss buttering culture.

The kind of work we do there is good. The product is good and gives us options to explore new things. Logics and technology used is also nice.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Do not expect leaves if you are working with them. Too much unnecessary pressure of work. Favouritism culture and working beyond usual hours in normal.
