If you have a zeal to learn, this company is definitely for you. Everyone's views are respected and considered. They will make you fire on all your cylinders, if you are willing to. If you are a go getter and have positive attitude, you would be highly supported. However, if you are indulging in dirty politics and negativity, you may land in trouble. Employees are given an opportunity to grow up on the leadership track in turn creates a lot of leaders. The people who work here for 5+ years are much more resourceful than many best of best resources in bigger organisations having similar experience.
