Employees and the team leads are the best in the company where there is always a supporting hand available to chip in and guide you in tough times but when it comes to the overall experience in the company I would like to give negative rating as there is no support from the management be it anything. The employees are more worthy and qualified when compared to the respect and being paid in the company. They take advantage of the employee problems and discourage them so that they can avoid paying them hikes and other benifits. The basic salary for an fresher is 10k where they will have to work for nothing for the first 3 months and have to wait for hike for one year and there is no additional benefits such as EPF and other job security....Read More

Greediness of the management. Make you work for 24/7 for nothing. Make you request for leaves even on weekends.
