Very worst culture. More than 12 hour forcefully duty without overtime . They don't give overtime. There is a chef called Bibek Thakur he is uneducated. He is not even 2nd class pass. Fully worst person. If you are educated please don't try to go there for job. There is nothing to learn and growth

Resort Rio is the good property but management and manger level staff is not good specially service department mr.mukesk pandey . Have bad manerrs and he is uneducated person . And he is unskilled . High level politics with staff g.m is not well there. He is showup person. I have the very bed work experience there becouse of politics to high . . But property is nice . Like mr. Bad management . And disqualified guys there. Mangers and g.m person used the abuse words always . And not well manners mr. Mukesh is the bed and unskilled person he is big politics guy. Growth is very slow . No permotion not well salery Packge according to industry low becouse g.m is not want the best salery provide .

The working environment is too good and the behavior of staff is also awesome. Its all like a family within the members to work into it. Hotel provides facilities to staff alot, even equipments like fan, mattresses, mops, mosquito coils and a alot are provided by the hotel on demand . The whole day meal is allowed for the staff, either he is on duty or not. In all i can say that its a very good place to work in it...Read More

The job security is not at all. In my training period of 4 months a number of employees were fired just because of many minor faults. The local language is used mostly as the staff member are mostly of that region so there was sometimes the problem of language was occuerd.

It was a very awesome period to work with resort rio. As i was doing my induatrial training from that and i have atteneded shifts of 12 hours daily and sometimes in rush it was abou 15-16 hours also. But the work flow never got down.
