Management doesnt care about employee, No work culture. No respect to employee management will treat the employees bad and rexpect them to work with low salary for long hours. Management will talk all good at the time of interview and will behave exactly opposite after joining into the company. To put it simple, working at Resolve was professionally satisfying and luckily i had very good colleagues like Mr Rajakumar Kandi,Mr.Prabhanjan Halageri, Ms Shalini Yadav, Ms Vaidehi, Mr,Muralikrishna. Overall it was worth working in Resolve. Work environment was good.

Dislikes

Career Growth was an issue.
