At the time of interview what position they assured the same job to be given after selecting candidate, hiring for some related work and allocating him for other work will some what hurting, Job should be allocated to employee based on their experience in relevant field so that employee can utilize his talent to improve quality and production and supply chain.

They always steal your ideas and grow their career. Mislead you. Very Bad Regional Manager. Not giving proper information. No one can help you. No job security. Regional manager called you only when he has urgent work. Otherwise he never picking up the call on time. Never motivated the employees. If you ask him any information he always kept mum.
