They have not paid salary since 9month to more than 200 people , they do fake numbers, leadership team is pathetic they don't know how to do business.

The work culture at Reshamandi is commendable. I have been associated with the company for over 6months now and the growth opportunities it provides is great. The company has a good work life balance. It also introduces us to new softwares to upgrade our skills and be up to date with whats going on in the market. Glad to be a part of the ever growing team.

Wish the head office was in Delhi since there are better and easily available resources for fashion there. Plus there are challenges in Business development since its a startup.

The work environment for a designer is amazing. This company ensures that each person working here is comfortable and enjoys working creatively and also enables to showcase their personal skills and interests.

I am a new joiner and being in the design studio I am facing challenges developing artworks due to backdated systems provided and I am occasionally using my personal system which is not supported as the files are too heavy. The request has been forwarded to the concerned authorities by the department. Hope it will be looked upon soon.

The work culture in Reshamandi is healthy and comfortable. There is a lot of scope to grow skills that one is not very much aware of and good amount of time and space is given to acquire skills. Safety in all aspects are ensured and necessary services are provided. All coworkers are respected and looked after despite the designations.
