- Earlier, RM was a great place to work but in recent scenario, RM is a big mess. - Work life balance is good because a lot number of people are actually not adding any value to the company. They are left with very little or no work at all. - Firing is going on. - Marketing division keep making stories to keep a good name in the market. - Domestic division is in great debt, might not survive even. - Kolkata branch got shut because the vendors did stone pelting, as their payments are due since a long-long time. - Everyone in the office is being asked to work for free for three months (through a proper survey). - The dept. with least ROI is being given the most importance. -Salaries delayed up to the 3rd week of the month. Employees keep begging the HRs through mails and phone calls but get no replies. - No funding till now. - People are being hired and fired within a span of 2-3 months as per company's requirements....Read More

- Salary is not paid on time. Since last two month salary is paid after 10th. - Management is arrogant. If you ask questions on salary, bonus CEO gets angry and your days in company are numbered. - Field level employees are targeted. Management never blames P&L owners for the loss or fraud. Each VP is enjoying their time of life seating in AC office of Banglore. - VP feeds false and fabricated info to CEO. She always get away from responsibilities by passing the buck to the other team. - They are firing people who have joined in last two months. - No funding so do not join here. - Investors should check personal bank accounts of business heads and PL owners including their families to know the money siphoned....Read More

If anyone is planing to join here i would recoment not to I haveworked here for 1 year and i have quit i did not receive salary and FNF or the experience letter I have worked in customer success dept as a caller was reporting to a team leader called A**nay as mentioned in last post by my beloved friend he is only good in preparing attendance. He do not coach he is no number drive he is no good in team handling he is good at going lunch breaks on time he has not helped me in anyway till now no guidance on how to get 15 leads a day and he ask daily numbers without coaching i have received coaching from qa no from him coporate office working day 5 days but he makes us to work 6 days to take good name he is taking calls so called customer care as a retailer asking fabric he was like aaa aaa aaa I WILL ARRANGE A CALL BACK thats all i got a call later from one of my coworker he took details A**nay before telling some you lern to take calls when i was working i said its difficult to achive the target given by you he was like you can then QUIT now i saw your call quality and understood how knowledgeable guy you are learn to stand for you and team whenever management given any work you taken without no You are a no good team leader.
