I get the opportunity to learn. Technology, Business, Operations, you get an insight into them so long as you are paying proper attention and asking the right questions to the right people. You also get an opportunity to prove yourself, question the existing system and make suggestions for changes. As long as there is enough pros to your suggestions, they will be considered.

Dislikes

Being a start-up, the work life balance is really poor, with no added financial benefits. The work structure/organisation could use some makeover.
