Highly professional in approach and unbelievably(in India) an honest institution . I vouchsafe the fact that this institution is more professional and honest than even the Supreme Court of India !

Dislikes

The present dispensation at the top level is not bold enough to protect the independent status of the institution .It is slowly allowing the Political Bosses to add their signatures at every decision taken by the Bank's Board. This is unfortunate ,and may after a few years become incapable of performing its duties honestly and effectively as mandated under the Statute ( RBI Act, 1934) .
