There is nothing that I felt anything great about except the ontime Salary Credit. It was a terrible experience working in this company. Management is so so poor. Upper management has no Idea what is going inside the company. Employees and their rights are exploited. No proper timing of lunch or break neither the Overtime allowance is provided for the extra time you work. Increment is something that they won't give you untill you cry desperately for it....Read More

- Repro is currently building their D2C website for which they are hiring Nykaa ex employees which led to a shift in priorities focusing on quantity rather than quality. - These Nykaa imports brought in a horrible culture where profanity, micro-management and invasion of privacy became the new normal at Repro - Since its now all Nykaa employees that Repro is hiring, this newly installed management will threaten to remove anyone who isn't from Nykaa by giving them verbal PIP threats without documentation and the HR will act like they don't know and won't take any action. - Because of the constant bullying by these people, many newly hired non ex Nykaa employees are leaving Repro. - Even after you leave this company, they will delay your FnF settlement and PF payment...Read More
